Young and the Restless fans are all wondering what Phyllis is up to. She’s taken Billy back, and we cannot figure out why. He is in a lot of trouble, he is making horrible choices, and he is not going anywhere in this life except probably to bed with Phyllis’ daughter here in the near future. She’s working so hard to seduce him and get him to fall in bed with her, and he’s always been a relatively weak man who will do just that. There is really no reason for him not to do it at this point in his own mind, and he will do it, lie about it, and he will get caught. It’s how things go for him. But that’s not all. Summer is working him to get to Kyle, and she’s not sure what she is going to do about Kyle. She’s a mess, her parents have no idea how to handle her, and there is little that they can do otherwise to make this all go away.
And then there is the fact that they don’t know where to go with Sharon. She’s a mess, too. She’s trying so hard to be happy with Nick, but she can tell there is something there that’s not quite right. They don’t have it all together at this point, and we can tell from her feelings. We know what the problem is, of course, but she has no idea what is going on. She will. We firmly believe that, of course. Someone will tell her that her worst fears have come true, and she will lose it. She’s already got Nikki up against her, and now she’s going to find that the rest of her beloved family wants to see her fall, too. It’s going to be bad.

Fans and the show keep telling us to be very happy that Billy and Phyllis are reunited, but we aren’t all that good with it. She’s cheating on him, he is about to cheat on her, they’re both lying to one another on the daily, and we just cannot get on board with it. We, and we speak only for ourselves, want to see her end up with Jack (which we think is totally possible) and we think that you should have a say about who you want to see this couple with in reality. Not one another, we assume? Or do you like this couple together?

Cane is aware that his family is falling apart, and he has no idea how to change this. His wife is being formally charged for the accident that killed Hilary and her unborn baby, and things just aren’t looking good for their family. It’s all bad news from here on out, and no one is quite sure how to handle that or how to take that. He will do anything he can to protect her, but there’s only so much he can do at this point. It’s been a terrible week for them and for their family, and there is no way to make that stop. They have to deal with the consequences of their actions, and they have to make things work.
On that note, there is a good chance that Summer is going to find that there is much she cannot figure out about Kyle. He will challenge her, and she’s not sure what to do with that. She’s not the kind of girl who does well with that kind of stress, and she’s not handling things as well as we would like to see her handle them at this point. But, she’s still working on Billy, so that will change things up a bit if she can finally get what she wants from him.
