Iconic Movie Scenes Recreated Using iPhone X’s Animojis

Some of the most iconic movies are being recreated with the iPhone X’s animojis, and it’s kind of amusing really. How hard would you have to struggle not to laugh if you saw the animoji face of a puppy dog asking you what Marcellus Wallace looks like? Would you scream or bust up laughing if a talking pig face said “Heerrre’s Johnny!”? Animoji’s have been around for a while it seems like but using them like this is kind of hilarious but it also seems like people are just getting bored enough to get inventive. I won’t knock this kind of thing since it is creative and very amusing, but it’s also a sign that some of us just have too much time on our hands. I also won’t say it’d be nice to see an entire movie done like this because the effort to make it anything but one of the most ridiculous movies in the world seems like it would be a waste of talent and a monumental flop at the box office.

That’s one opinion keep in mind, if others that happen to like using animojis on a regular basis think it could happen then by all means see if it’s a possibility. Personally though as cute and as funny as it seems this brings a bit of an oddity to regular films that can make some people laugh and others roll their eyes. The latter might react in this manner largely because they’ve gotten tired of seeing anyone and everyone do this kind of thing on Facebook and other social networks in an attempt to be goofy and cute. It’s not so much denying other people their fun, it’s really just saying that we get it, it’s cute, let’s move on.

The technology we have these days is very impressive compared to what people had only decades ago. In the days when having a computer in the house meant that you were somehow rich and very well-off this kind of thing hadn’t even been heard of yet. Cartoons were still on the TV and the movie screen, as were talking animals. Now we have computers in millions of homes and for sale at affordable prices and the capability that is available to thousands to do silly things with a device that used to be primarily used for the military and government use.

The times they are a-changing as Bob Dylan would say, and in some cases like this they’re changing not really for the better or the worse, but they’re just changing, period. We’re able to do so much with computers these days that it kind of boggles the mind that they were used for anything other than recreation and work way back when they were first invented. The first graphics on the first real computers couldn’t have possibly predicted the levels to which they’ve come now, though some might have at least had an inkling that one day computers would be able to do something similar to this. After all, science fiction stories and movies have been around for a long time now.

It is very funny though.
