Maybe a mantra, or just a bath, or maybe just hugging yourself and telling yourself that you’ll be okay. I know I do all three sometimes. Just post what you do to care for yourself here.

I like to be on my bed .. just laying there .. TV on and usually looking for things on Amazon I don’t need .. laying there relaxing in a safe place feels good .
