Hey Pandas! Has the pandemic been a time of personal growth for you, or has it been more like The Lost Years?

At first is was great, then it got terrible and I got really anxious depressed, then I was getting a lot better. I’m still suffering with bad anxiety and having a hard time with self worth, and basic social skills are really hard.
