Yes. Physics is the link between the two. Scientific formulas could not be calculated without maths.
Just google ‘gravity equation’ and hit images, if you’re not looking at maths, then what are you looking at?

Related? I would go so far to claim that’s actually the basis of the entire science

They’re like siblings. If you can’t do math, you can’t do science. That’s why in my school you have to be doing honors math to do honors science
