Nothing. I just lay down (if I can) and just wait till it stops

This is gonna sound super weird, but I push my tongue against the roof of my mouth as hard as j can. It somehow works, and js also not visible to others.

I always count to ten and think of 5 things that my dwarf hamster does that’s cute, and that always distracts me and calms me down because I love my hamster 🐹
