Are you afraid of yellow?

I fear the depth of large masses of water. It’s so overwhelming, especially when you’re swimming in it. But that’s pretty common.
I fear a world war will start any day now. Now that’s not normal, but we live in uncertain times, am I right?

I have a really stupid phobia of cockroaches. I’ve had it for a long time, but a few weeks ago it got triggered, and I realized how bad the phobia is.

-The past repeating
-My little sister having to go through what I went through.
-someone jumping out at me
-Something happening when I am asleep

I’m afraid that life as I know it is a simulation or someone else’s dream and that the simulation will end or the person will wake up and the entire universe will disappear without a trace.
#5
I’m scared of holes, it sounds weird saying it, but holes scare me to death, its called trypophobia, if you look it up, it might disturb you.
#6
I have a bit of a phobia of bees and wasps, which by itself seems rather normal, but this fear traces back to a single dream I had as a little kid.
#7
I have a fear of failure I also have fear of drowning and getting staped
#8

I have anxiety and it has gotten progressively better, but its because I am absolutely terrified of not falling asleep fast enough. It started last summer when there was a potluck/party the next day and I needed some sleep. I just kept tossing and turning and I started getting scared because I would be tired the next day if I didn’t fall asleep. This went on til 3 AM. It got to the point where I was sobbing into my pillow because I was so f*****g scared of something so minor but it seemed so important. Its still the worst feeling I have ever felt and the worst night of my life. I can’t even explain it. Now I have a severe phobia of not falling asleep fast enough not because I’ll be tired, but because I’m afraid of having another ‘episode’. This has happened about five times total. I googled it, and its called ‘insomniphobia’.

I’ scared of distorted faces but I still kind of like looking at them because I like being scared.

Whenever I hear, see, or someone even MENTIONS something gut/blood/gore related, I feel that thing they’re describing. Like, someone gets stabbed in their gut in a movie? My gut gets flipped inside out.
Weirdly, periods don’t bother me, even though they’re blood.
#13
enclosed spaces that’s just too large and empty, like ones with big windows and no doors. it’s related to my scopophobia (fear of being seen / stared at)
#14
it sounds stupid, but people reading my mind. I know it isn’t possible and I try to tell myself that but my anxiety says NOPE and I constantly find myself regulating my thoughts. also being watched/stalked. other people taking pictures of me is also one.
