General Hospital fans know that Michael is in a tough place right now. He has a lot on his plate. The loss of his brother, the horror their family has been through, and the things that Nelle did to his mother and father have been awful. Hearing the things his mother had to say about his dad wasn’t so good either, and he’s disappointed in her behavior. It’s been a tough road for him in the past few months. What makes it even harder is that he has feelings for Nelle.
He had feelings for her long before he knew who she was and what she was doing to his family, and now he has more feelings for her since finding her beaten up at the docks after being mugged. It’s something we can’t say we didn’t see coming, but it’s not good for him or his family at this point. They have a lot to work through, and his feelings for her combined with the way his parents feel about her is not a good combination.
Will he fight his feelings for her, or will he let himself fall harder? His parents are finally getting back together again, and he has a chance to make things right at home. Will he mess that up as he makes more mistakes by spending more time with Nelle, or will he be able to get over what’s going on without much question? There’s a lot riding on the decision he makes right now, and we hope it’s the right one.
