It’s a big week for Nathan and Maxie on General Hospital. It’s not a big week in that it’s their wedding week or anything, but it’s a big week because a lot of the storyline this week revolves around them and their lives. For one, Nathan is going to find out something about Nina when he is in her apartment that is going to shock him. He does not see this coming, and he is going to have the surprise of his life. We are not certain what it is that he might find, but we do know that he’s not going to be happy with it and that he is not going to enjoy whatever it is. He’s going to be devastated, and he’s going to have to figure out what to do with that information.
Furthermore, everyone but Nathan and Maxie knows what Claudette is up to, or so it seems. She’s not someone who has been entirely honest with the couple, and it’s blatantly obvious that the last thing she wants is for the two of them to end up together. She’s not going to stand for that, and it looks like Griffin is going to take Nathan and Maxie’s side with Claudette and tell her that she needs to do the right thing and just come clean with them. Maxie is already digging into her life, but she’s not able to find whatever it is she is looking for.
All we know at this point is that Maxie’s gut instinct is spot on, and she’s a smart woman. She knows that things are not what they seem with Claudette, and she’s not willing to let it go. We think that Nathan would let it go if it were up to him, but these two seem to be on a different page when it comes to her ulterior motives. We only hope that Griffin’s plea does not go unheard, or that Maxie finds irrefutable proof of whatever it is that will prove that Claudette is up to no good. We want this wedding to carry on, and that’s a must.
