General Hospital fans are about to find out that things are really getting crazy. It turns out that Betsy is being very honest with Franco at the moment. She’s told him that his imaginary friend in his childhood was not imaginary. Susan gave birth to twins. She was hiding out from a very dangerous man and had to do something that would save her boys. She sent Jason to live with the Quartermaines and she gave Drew (who we believe is Patient Six) with Betsy. She had to keep the boy hidden, but Franco knew about him. Whenever he talked about him, he was referred to as the boy’s imaginary friend.
The entire situation is more than a little weird, and we aren’t sure we understand it at all. She was not really all that honest, either. She told him that they were going to raise Drew, but that he had a heart defect and died when he was only three. It was a heartbreaking situation for her, but we have a feeling she might not even know the truth.
To be fair, we also don’t know the truth. We do, however, know that the twin did not die. In fact, we have no idea what happened to him, but we do know that he is now patient six and we have a feeling Valentin is the man to talk to about this. He knows, and we have a feeling that the island and the Cassadine’s know more.
