I could be wrong but I think it’s possible that between today and May 19th we may very well see the entire Alien: Covenant movie through trailers. I’m posing a challenge right now to someone out there with the editing skills and the time to create an entire Alien: Covenant movie based solely on all the trailers we’ve been getting. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what the studio is actually doing. And if they’re not, someone definitely should. How great a prank would that be if let’s say a movie had a year for its release and during that year they released the entire movie broken up in small bits? For all you producers out there reading this, you heard it here first.
Anyway, yet another teaser has been released for Alient: Covenant. This one’s called “Take Me Home” which features the song of the same name sung by John Denver. There’s a new scene in the middle which hints at what a certain character (spoiler) may have done to Dr. Elizabeth Shaw (Noomi Rapace). We’d been hearing rumors Rapace would be back, and now we know how she’ll appear.
Not only does Katherine Waterston’s character find Dr. Shaw’s dogtags, but the crew also stumbles on a holograph which appears to be Shaw, although a tentacle flashes into the hologram at 0:26, suggesting she’s about to be killed (or has perhaps been experimented on).
Game over. (Via Uproxx)
