Days of Our Lives fans are not surprised to hear that Dario has managed to get Abby to do what he wants. She wants to save Chad’s life, so she’s going to enter into the witness protection program with Dario. But she makes the smart decision to mention to Chad what she’s doing. She doesn’t want him to worry, but he thinks there is a lot to worry about considering she’s leaving their son. He forgot she already did this once, but this time it worries him.
He’s going to become very suspicious, which is why he is going to go after her, get hit by a car, and she’s going to take the fall for him. Literally — she is going to allow herself to be hit by a car for him. That’s not something he is going to handle well, and it’s going to make him worry even more. She’s dying, and things are going crazy.
When he is emotional and upset with Abby in the hospital, he tells her he never stopped loving her and that she means the world to him. She’s going to be all right, but he doesn’t know that. He also doesn’t know that his girlfriend is listening. Gabi hears this, ends their relationship, and has to figure out what her brother has gotten himself into. Her world is crashing down around her, and she has no idea how to handle it in the near future. It’s going to be tough times for her.
