Days of Our Lives fans get to see Claire make a decision today. It’s the day she’s going to go to Marlena and confide in her about what she’s learned about Rafe and Sami. She has no idea that Sami and Rafe were hooking up that one time after Hope had already ended their relationship and told Rafe that things weren’t working for her. It’s been a very interesting situation all the way around, and there’s very little anyone can do to make this all stop and go away. And we can’t figure out what is going on as a whole, but Claire feels it’s important to figure out how to handle this.
The best thing for Claire to do is let it go. It doesn’t affect her. It’s not her business. It’s not her issue, and she should learn now at a young age that putting herself in the middle of other people’s life problems is a really good way to lose friends, respect, and other things. People don’t want their personal business being spread around and handled by other people, and she’s going to learn this the hard way.
She needs to let it go since she has none of the facts and only a portion of the story. Instead, she’s going to ruin a relationship by spreading rumors and starting hearsay without the facts. She needs to stop now, but she’s going to tell Marlena — and that is only going to make things worse for Hope and Rafe.
