Days of Our Lives fans were more than a little shocked to hear that Rafe has some life regrets. He recently said he wishes he had children of his own, but that it wasn’t a situation he felt was in the cards for him. It’s been something he’s bee thinking about a long time now, and he’s very upset that it did not work out for him. We never saw this side of him, but we have a feeling this is one of those things that’s going to play into the fact that Sami is rumored to be showing up here shortly either pregnant or with a new baby of her own — that also belongs to Rafe. We feel that this was very strategic on behalf of the writers.
We are unsurprised to see Ben flashing back to his horrible days. He suffered a flashback of that one time when he did that thing where he killed Wendy and then he lit the bed in which Abby and Chad were in on fire. It was one of the most horrific moments on the show, but he’s remembering it. We can’t tell if he feels bad about that kind of stuff, or if he is perfectly happy with how it all works out for him. This is probably one of the biggest reasons Ciara is so upset when she rises only to realize that he is the on who has her hostage. She seems horrified in a way that might be very upsetting to anyone. But we think that this is normal for her to feel this way. She’s with a known murderer. She’s hurt. She can’t get out.

Fans are very upset about the recent news that came out of Salem. It turns out a fan favorite is out. Lucas, who is played by Bryan Dattilo, has announced he’s done with the show. It might not be that surprising considering no one has seen him in a good storyline in such a long time, but we just don’t know what that means for him. He’s been in and out of this character for such a long time now that it’s almost like he’s not really there anymore. He’s not going to be around much longer, but he did take the time to share this exit with his fans. If you ask us, it seems a little bitter, too. Perhaps he was fired?

Theresa will not give up. She doesn’t seem to care at all that Brady is not into her after all she’s done and all she’s doing, but she will not quit. She’s going to try and ask him to go to bed with her today, and that just won’t go over well for anyone. She’s losing her mind, and that’s one of those things we know she’s good at doing. She’s not someone who makes good choices regularly, but she is someone who can make poor choices like it’s her job. She doesn’t seem to remember that it’s Brady’s feelings that matter in this situation. All she cares about is the fact that Victor wants her to get him back.
But there are a lot of other things going on right now, too. For one, we know that Eve is going to do anything she can to take down her sister. Theresa has been plotting against her since she found out her sister was back in town, and now Eve is going to do the same. She’s smart and cunning, so she has a chance to take down this woman who cannot handle this situation. Right now, we are just waiting for her to bring out her moment of clarity and overpower her sister. She’s got to make her own case for Brady, as they have been in a relationship that goes nowhere so fast she can’t even keep it together. We think Eve will take her down, but Theresa is a strong opponent at the moment.
