Clinton’s eating his last meal as a carefree kid before Booth grinds some responsibility into his ass with a boot. He’s also getting a recap on why Ashley was killed, complete with an ‘apology’for not believing that Nerd-boy could sleep with those girls. Booth says he’s smart, but he’s also a smart-ass, so let Mr. Agent Booth learn you some facts. ‘Sex is never free and easy.’Clinton begs to differ, but Booth continues, pulling pictures of Becca, Alpha, and the other two girls and laying them on the table. Any one of them could change their minds and he’d be paying child support for the rest of his life. Our dour music begins again as the smirk begins to fall off Clinton’s face. He is responsible for bringing those four children into the world, whether the girls think he is or not.
Both under influence/We had divine sense. His children, his responsibility.
To know what to say/Mind is a razor blade… Clinton looks down and Booth tells him what he does about that will define what kind of man he is and if he ignores it? He’ll be a deadbeat, a loser.
To call for hands above/To lean on/Wouldn’t be good enough/For me, no. Oh, and one more thing?
One night of magic rush/The start a simple touch. Let’s add guilt.
One night to push and scream/And then relief. Ashley was going to have his baby.
Ten days of perfect tunes/The colors red and blue. It was going to be a boy.
We had a promise made/We were in love. A son. And as Booth starts to tear up Ashley’s picture he adds, ‘Who died. With his mother.’Clinton asks why Booth’s doing this and Booth’s answer is a simple: it needed to be done. Does Clinton understand that? Yes. Finally, yes.
And you kept us awake with wolves teeth/Sharing different heartbeats/In one night.
Bones walks past the diner and stops to watch as the song finally takes us out. To call for hands above/To lean on, Wouldn’t be good enough.
For me, no.
Have a great night, y’all, and don’t worry, your regular recapper will be back soon. Promise.

Angela's always been bi, so that didn't bother me as much as the constant whining about living in the moment and how no one really got that. We get it, Angela, but no one cares. Like Bones, you'd think that after a few years, she'd realize that she's a distinct minority in those things.
There's varying reasons (and some of them good) for why they write the characters the way they do, but this episode seemed so ham-handed about the whole thing.

Thanks a bunch, RavenRants, for the recap. I'll be back at work this week, promise.
And I am so sorry you got stuck with this Very Special Episode. Pregnant teens AND Super-Twit Bones, you poor, poor soul.
It looks like Cam finally got back into play though.
God bless Cam, she was the ONLY good thing about that episode. But hey, I bleed for you.
And if the next episode ROCKS, I might have to kill you. Just a little. From a distance.
