The Bold and the Beautiful knows that Steffy is a woman who really likes to get what she wants out of life. She’s not someone who likes to sit back and let the world happen to her. She happens to the world. She makes her decisions to benefit her more than anyone else, and she’s not someone who sits back and lets anything happen to her by chance. In fact, she is the kind of woman who happens to life, but that’s not her situation right now.
Right now her father-in-law is in a place where he has to get revenge to make himself feel better, and she’s got to go out of her own way to make sure she’s not in a place where she’s going to be the person who is in trouble because of this. She’s not going to be happy about what she has to do, but she does have to figure out how to make things right in her life.
That means telling him he’s right, even though she’s not sure she cares at all what Bill did or did not do. She’s got to suck up to him and make it all right, and that means things are going to change for her. And we can’t wait to see how she figures out a way to make her life more acceptable. There is nothing she can do right now but tell Bill how much she admires him and hope it works. It might not, though.
