The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tell us that Bill cares entirely too much about Steffy telling his son that they slept together. She wants to work through their problems, and she feels that they can’t if she’s still lying to him. But Bill is going to do all he can to ensure she says nothing to his son about their night together. At first we were confused about this, but we’ve decided we know what is going on now. We’ve decided there is a reason for this, and it’s maybe even a good one.
You see, Steffy was upset and living with a man who was becoming emotionally involved with another woman. And he feels guilty about that. So he might just forgive her if she is honest. They don’t have much of a history of being honest with one another, so this might bode well for him. he might decide to forgive her and start over.
They are, after all, working on being in a good place right now. They are working on things that might be important to them, and we believe there is a good chance they might just have a newfound respect for one another. And there is more than just that. There is the fact that if she tells him, he forgives her, and they move on, he has to direct his anger somewhere else — and that’s at Bill. He might just be tired of being at war with his son.
