I’m A Self-Taught Australian Needle Felt Artist That Loves Animals

Hello to everyone. I started needle felting some 5 years ago and haven’t put my needles down since. I am self-taught and make dogs, cats, alpacas, rabbits, and almost anything with four legs. I read an article in a craft magazine and saw some photos of a talented artist animal felts, which started my search for information about my incredible journey into felting.

I do custom orders for people’s deceased or living pets. The joy my customers get when they receive their order, and their feedback makes me very happy and inspires me to do better and better. My felts range from 2 inches to 7 inches. Some are over a wireframe and others solid wool roving.

I take great pride in my work and have a particular style and have some say that I get to the heart of the animal that may come from my love of animals.

I feel fortunate to be able to create animals out of needles and wool.
