When it comes to training his new team, Oliver wastes no time in tonight’s episode of Arrow. Even though he sees potential in Curtis, Wild Dog, and Evelyn Sharp, he needs to make sure they’re fully ready to fight alongside him out on the streets of Star City, and the only way the can be guarantee that is by putting them through the toughest tests he can.
In the sneak peek below from tonight’s episode of Arrow, Oliver begins prepping Curtis, Wild Dog, and Evelyn with their first test: get past him and ring the bell. While Wild Dog starts off the test very cocky, dismissing its difficulty, but it’s not too long before he become frustrated with Oliver’s training techniques.
“I came here to work with the guy who killed Damien Darhk, not ring a freaking bell,” Wild Dog says to Oliver.
“This isn’t a game, and if you need further evidence of that, then you walk down to the pier and you look at the statue of Laurel Lance,” Oliver responds, continuing to make it clear that Laurel’s death still weighs heavily on his heart.

SUIT UP — Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) new recruits for Team Arrow are Curtis (Echo Kellum), Wild Dog (guest star Rick Gonzalez) and Evelyn Sharp (guest star Madison McLaughlin). Unfortunately, the Green Arrow’s training methods prove to be too much for some of them to handle. Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Oliver’s initiation into the Bratva continues.
