He’s been in the entertainment industry for well over a decade, but it was this role in this movie opposite Tom Cruise that cemented his name in everyone’s mind. However, while his name is well-known, his wife’s name is not quite as well known. She is Keleigh Sperry, and the couple wed in 2019. How Did Keleigh Sperry and Miles Teller Meet?
Their love story is a sweet one. They met in 2013, and she caught his eye. The two adorable actors share mutual friends, and they met at a concert. It was for The Black Keyes, a band they are both fans of. Miles Teller was smitten immediately, but he once told Vogue Magazine that he didn’t think their initial meeting went well. He kept trying, though, and he finally persuaded the beauty to dance. She said yes, and the rest was history. Keep in mind, though, that it took them a week to go on their first date. He knew immediately he would marry her.

Where Teller is not of the opinion that their initial meeting went well (see above), Keleigh’s memory of the night they met was a bit different. She said she liked him right away. Their Darling Engagement Story
For four years, these two were inseparable. It was in 2017 that they went to Africa on safari. It was winter in Africa, and they took a jeep every morning to the same place for a cup of coffee. He wrote her a note, he read it to her, and then he asked her to marry him. Essentially, the note included the date they met and began dating, and then it had that day’s date on it. He explained that it was the date Keleigh Sperry first became his girlfriend, and it was the date of the last time she would be his girlfriend. Whereas some women might panic, thinking it was the worst breakup in the history of all romance, it wasn’t for her. Miles Teller simply wanted it to be the first day she was his fiancé. Spoiler alert for anyone not paying attention – Keleigh Sperry said yes.
She’s From a Large Family
While she and her husband have not discussed – with us – having any babies or expanding their family, she is a woman from a large family. There are six kids in her family. She is one of four girls, and she and her sisters have two brothers. Her family regularly vacationed together in Maui, and she began bringing her future husband along with her. Being there with him made things all the more special, and that is why they decided to wed in her family’s favorite location.
She’s Got a Super Cool Long-Time Friend
As if you didn’t think Keleigh Sperry could get any cooler, you then find out she’s good friends with Taylor Swift. That’s right, she is. The two have been good friends for many years, and it’s the most darling friendship. She’s obviously cool enough as a person to befriend someone who is exceptionally choosy about her own friends and the people she surrounds herself with, so that might speak highly of her.

She’s a Model and an Actress
If you hadn’t put it together yet, there you go. Keleigh Sperry is obviously beautiful, but did you know she’s talented, too? She works as both a model and an actress, and she excels at both. She’s starred in two films (“Dance” and “Opeth – The Devil’s Orchard”), and she’s been modeling for years. She grew up in Orange County – the best county – and spent her childhood hanging out with her mom, her dad, and her five brothers and sisters. Her family is exceptionally close, and they spend a lot of time together. Even with kids married with kids of their own, her parent manages to get their family together often for quality time. It’s lovely.
Keleigh Sperry might not be at the same level of fame as her husband, but she’s the kind of woman who has a great personality and a lot going for her. She’s not living in his shadow by any means, and she’s still young enough that she’s going to take the world by storm.
