Even the most popular social media star can never know for sure whether or not something will go viral. In reality, it’s usually the most random things that get the most attention, and TikToker Julia Leonard recently learned this from firsthand experience. In October 2020, Julia found herself going viral after she created a TikTok to warn people about a pair of pleather pants from Zara. Apparently, if you try to bend/squat in the pants, you will be met with an extremely loud farting sound. 1. She Never Expected The Video To Go Viral
When Julia decided to make a video about her experience with her pants from Zara, she had no idea it was going to blow up the way it did. She was simply trying to warn other people that bending over in the pants would get them accused of farting, but people got much more from the video than that.
2. She Loves Experimenting With MakeUp
Shopping for pants at Zara certainly isn’t the only thing Julia likes to do. She also loves the beauty world and enjoys experimenting with different makeup products and looks. Several of her videos on TikTok discuss the products she uses and what she likes about them.
3. She Likes To Spread Positivity
Julia appreciates knowing that her content puts a smile on her face and she hopes to continue to do just that. She told Buzzfeed, “I saw a bunch of comments from girls saying, ‘I was having such a bad day, I was just crying before, and then I saw this video and it really made me laugh, so thank you for this. It just made me happy that one small thing like that could change someone’s day.”
4. She Is Probably A College Student
Julia hasn’t shared much information about her personal life, but some of her TikToks do suggest that she is a college student. Since she is 19-years-old it’s likely that she is in her first or second year. There’s no information about which school she attends but since her family members have made appearances in her videos she probably doesn’t go anywhere too far from home.
5. She Loves Food
There are lots of people out there who only eat because food is necessary to stay alive, but Julia isn’t one of those people. She loves food and she isn’t afraid to admit it. Julia enjoys eating junk food, especially sweets. She once shared a recipe on how to make a special batch of rice krispy treats.

One thing we do know for sure about Julia’s life off the internet is that she lives somewhere in the Putnam Valley area of New York which is located a little over an hour outside of New York City. According to an old Facebook page, she graduated from Putnam Valley High School.

Even though Julia had posted some moderately successful TikToks in the past, nothing has ever gotten her attention like the Zara video. Her numbers have been going up since the video started circulating the internet and her account now has more than 2.3 million likes. She also has nearly 30,000 followers.

Things on TikTok are blowing up for Julia at the moment, but it doesn’t look she has active profiles on any other social media platforms. We were unable to locate an Instagram account for her which is somewhat surprising. However, there is a chance that she does have an account but prefers not to have it associated with her TikTok.

One of the things that people like about TikTok is that it’s somewhat to go viral there than on other platforms. Julia hasn’t even been on TikTok for a full year and she is already had one of her videos get millions of views. Sure, it’s possible that the success of the Zara video was a fluke, but she is working hard to continue to make great content.

Julia Leonard is only 19-years-old which means that she was only about 8-years-old when The Vampire Diares aired its first episode. That, however, never stopped her from being a fan and eventually developing a huge crush on Ian Somerhalder aka Damon Salvatore.
