So before you get all excited or disgusted about Kumail Nanjiani being the most searched out name on Pornhub keep in mind that it was likely a mistake. It was funny though since it’s not just everyone that gets into the top five most mentioned on Pornhub after all. The porn site is probably one of the best known on the internet and seems to offer a wide range of interests all depending on how a person likes to get down in their more private moments. It’s something that some people would be proud of but not everyone would see as something to talk about during dinner parties, unless of course it was brought up in a very tasteful and comedic way it would seem.
The movie that Kumail starred in called The Big Sick is the basis for this funny moment as you can just imagine what might happen if the first letter of the third word in the title was mistaken for something else. In fact it might be safe to say that if there isn’t a porno movie out there with the adjusted title then there soon might be. After all porn parodies are pretty common as well when it comes to spoofing just about anything that can be done in a sexual manner, which includes just about everything. Whether it sickens or amuses you there are a lot of porn movies that take after regular movies, in a very loose fashion obviously. Hmm, maybe that wasn’t the best way to say that but it does seem kind of funny.
Kumail obviously has a good sense of humor about it since he wouldn’t have much say in how things go since the error, if it were to happen, would be something that he’d just have to roll with along with everyone else. But truly it would be more funny than anything unless someone was expecting a porno and instead got The Big Sick. Imagine how surprising it would be to get the actual movie instead of the porn parody, or vice versa. That would make for an awkward date night if a person brought home the X-rated parody somehow. Thankfully it’s a joke though and a good one to be sure. Honestly I’m not sure how many people would want to see Kumail in a porn movie but there might be someone out there, you just never know.
Of course with some movies the porn aspect seems to be getting looser and looser when it comes to what can be shown and what can’t. Anyone remember any movie that was just about as graphic as it could be? There are several that should be able to come to the forefront of your mind if you’re a movie buff, and films that show more than just a flash of leg or the barest glimpse of anything have been rated R instead of NC-17 even if it seems like it should be headed for the X-rated shelf. And that’s just movies, we’re not even talking about HBO.
