Young and the Restless is nothing short of a showdown in the middle of this week. It looks like Lily is going out of her own way to be sure Devon knows she’s going to do what she wants to do and when she wants to do it. Her warning won’t fall on deaf ears that we know of, but it seems that Devon won’t take her seriously. If he does, he doesn’t seem to care that he’s messing with the wrong woman right now. Of course, it’s not Devon’s fault that Hilary didn’t want the money that Devon offered her. Lily is going to take matters into her own hands in this case, and she’s going to find out she has no more clout than he does. Will she continue to be angry with him, or will she give him a break when she takes on the battle with Hilary herself?
Jack is less than thrilled to have Gloria around all the time, but he had no choice but to hire her to work for him when no one else was available for the job. He’s going out of his way to avoid her, but she’s onto him. In fact, she’s enjoying going out of her way to make it nearly impossible for him to ignore her at the office, and she’s going to make it very uncomfortable for all involved. Ashly doesn’t love this, and she’s going to have some issues of her own to work out with Gloria. Will these two manage to make amends with one another, or will they continue to make Jack so uncomfortable he doesn’t want either of them around from this point forward?
It looks like these two might be so upset with one another they’re going to cause a major scene, and Ashley is going to accuse Gloria of being a meddler and warn her to stay out of their lives. She won’t listen, but Gloria won’t have any of it. Will this become worse before it becomes better? Or will things become so bad between everyone that they don’t have a chance to make amends?
