Days of Our Lives is back and brand-new today as the show kicks off its first of only four episodes this week. Friday will not air a new show as the inauguration of the new President of the United States takes precedent. However, there is a new show today, and it’s action packed. It’s not looking good for Deimos, either. He’s going to make a phone call in which he spends a few moments threatening the person he’s speaking with, and someone is going to overhear. That someone is Nicole…and Chloe. If Chloe was close to telling Nicole that the baby she just gave birth to actually belongs to Nicole and Daniel, she’s certainly not telling her now. Chloe will feel she’s vindicated and correct about him, but Nicole will do whatever she can to see the best. It’s not going to end well for her putting her allegiance behind Deimos.
Hope’s working on her escape right now while her people are in Prague looking for the not-very-dead Stefano. However, she just can’t wait any longer for her freedom. She needs to get out, and she needs to get out now. She’s going to escape, and it looks like a familiar face might return to help her do that. Eric, who has been gone for some time now, is going to become the person who helps her get away from the prison and out into the real world. Does this mean Eric is back for good, or will we just see him play a small role in helping her escape?
Chad’s a bit too concerned with his personal business life right now to pay much attention to the growing issue of the love triangle he’s in. There’s something going on that he’s involved with that also involves JJ and Dario and Sonny, but all he’s doing is putting Abby and Gabi in an interesting situation. They’re going to suspect whatever is going on isn’t the best situation, and they’re going to do what they can to get this out into the open by working together to keep everyone safe. What is going on?
