You probably watched the show and felt your eyes pop as your jaw dropped. Do people really act like this? And more to the point, why would anyone put up with a woman like this? Well to be quite honest a lot of Bridezillas charm is that they are supposedly completely truthful and don’t script anything. At this point we might roll our eyes even harder and think “yeah right”. But in reality, one can only imagine that if there was a script then much of what comes out of the mouths of the brides would seem canned and extremely unbelievable.
So what kind of mayhem should we expect from the reboot of Bridezillas?
5. Expect more attitude and a lot more drama.
It’s only been four years since Bridezillas finished up their final season, but fans have been clamoring for the show to return ever since. Plus, the wedding scene is constantly changing so you have to assume that the attitudes and the need for increased drama is going to pull out the worst in many brides across the country. Perfectionists and divas are going to be coming out of the woodwork once more as one bride might scream like a child over her selection of flowers while another might be putting her wedding dress under a microscope to find the most insignificant flaw ever known to man. I mean heaven forbid if there’s a single invisible stitch out of alignment, right?
4. The censors will be on their toes continually.
Do you even recall how foul the language was in the last season? It just got continually worse as one bride after another went after their florist, the caterer, the wedding planner, their groom, their family, and so on. Pleasing a Bridezilla is a lot like trying to calm down the Hulk right after you’ve pissed him off. There’s absolutely no comforting a Bridezilla that has a full head of steam and is ready to tear into anyone that stands in her way. Expect a whole slew of F-bombs depending on the bride and feel free to empathize with the censors as they try to catch each and every last piece of filth coming out of the brides’ mouths.
3. The weddings will get more elaborate.
Ever notice how wedding season is getting more and more expensive? Dresses are costing more than a car these days and the catering and other expenses would make a healthy down payment on a home. Who are all these people that have all this money to do this? It must be nice to be so rich, but when you really get down to it you can honestly believe that the flip side is far more true, and those that go to this kind of expense are about to be up to their necks in debt. For that once in a lifetime, hopefully, experience though a lot of women, not always the guys, believe that the term “expensive” is just a made up word that doesn’t apply.
2. Grooms will still put up with their Bridezillas.
At this point you might be thinking that a lot of men would probably be better of saying “heck no” and scooting out the door. But take into account that marriage isn’t something you just leap into. These couples have usually been together for a while and have somehow figured out how to make it work. So despite the damage the Bridezilla does and the manner in which she treats her soon to be hubby, expect them to stick around.
1. The Bridezilla’s will get their way.
If you didn’t already figure this out then shame on you. This is the bride’s day right? Her unreasonable demands need to be met, yes? Well then they will by any means possible. You can roll your eyes now and laugh because you don’t have to deal with this kind of stuff, but rest assured that the poor guys on this show will be kowtowing to every demand their Bridezilla sets forth.
If you thought the last few seasons of Bridezilla were rough then get ready, the brides are back.
