The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is the woman who has only ever played adult Steffy Forrester. She’s the one who took over when the character was rapidly aged in 2008, and she’s been the one who had all the relationships and drama. We thought, in light of her current situation with her new baby and Liam and their drama, we might take a look back at some of her worst marriages and relationships in the past decade to see which one might be the worst.
Wyatt Spencer
Their marriage was short-lived and pretty sad. He was so crazy about her even though she was with Liam at the time. Things were not good with them, and Wyatt just wanted to have her all to himself. So when things weren’t working for him the way he wanted to, his mother (Quinn) stepped in and tried to make that work for him. She accidentally gave Liam a head injury that caused him to lose his memory, so she used his phone to send Steffy a text telling her he was leaving and that they were over for good — do not contact him. And she fell right into Wyatt’s arms while Quinn kept Liam hostage with a fake story about being his wife in a cabin. That didn’t go well, but Steffy and Wyatt wed. Their marriage wasn’t the worst, but it was sad. He was so much more into her, and she was just basically looking for a way to find Liam again. They’re friends, now.
Liam Spencer
They’ve been married three times and divorced three times. But that doesn’t make them the worst coupling. In fact, this doesn’t even rival what’s next. They were together, then they were not. Then he was married to Hope. Then he was not. Then they were together. And then they were not. There was a lot of drama, a lost baby, a horrible accusation, a lot of cheating, and so many things that just didn’t go well for them. They’ve been through all of it, and they’ve been back. Now they have a baby together, and they are putting her first and she’s hoping he will turn around and want her back. But, at the end of the day, their relationship has been primarily juvenile and immature more so than awful. They’re just not mature.
Bill Spencer
Steffy is too young for him, but this current storyline with her sleeping with him after they both thought he accidentally killed Liam in a blast with Sally Spencer was awful. They were spending too much time together trying to get rid of Sally, and it backfired. They slept together, Liam was actually alive, she wanted to work things out with him, she got pregnant, she wasn’t sure about the paternity, Liam found out, he left her for Hope, the baby was born early. This is not, however, the first time she and Bill have been in this situation.
Does anyone remember when she was much younger, when he was still married to Katie, and when they had a very emotional affair in which he agreed to leave his wife for her? That was all kinds of crazy, and they were not healthy about any of it back then, either. She and Bill have had a long history of this kind of crazy, and it makes us wonder what is wrong with him.
All in all, we vote Bill being the worst match for her in the past decade. She’s too young, he’s too old, and they both know better. For one, he is always married to someone when he decides to have an affair with her, and that’s not good news. He’s always married to someone and with someone else, to be clear. And she’s managed to make sure she gets Hope’s man anytime she can no matter what it means. Though we can say that while Steffy has always tried to take Hope’s man from her, the first man denied her and slept with Hope’s own mother by mistake. And that was probably the worst thing that ever happened, but Steffy was clear in all of it.
