Young and the Restless fans know that big news came this week regarding the paternity of a little girl. Bella’s dad was revealed to the men who thought they had a relationship with her. Chloe sent letters to both Billy and to Kevin to tell them. She’s always led everyone to believe it’s Billy, but we all hoped it was Kevin. We found out this week it is Kevin. He is the father of this little girl, and everyone is so excited about it. It’s a beautiful moment for him, but we aren’t getting to excited just yet. We are not entirely certain this is the absolute truth. You see, we don’t think he really is this little girl’s father.
It turns out Chloe is gone from this girl’s life forever. She’s got so much to do, so many places to go, and she’s a little girl with more issues than we can even express to you. She might be an adult, but we see her as a little girl. She’s always lying, manipulating, and doing whatever she sees fit when she has the opportunity, and we see it as a manipulation in every manner. What happens is she is gone, and she can’t be with her baby anymore. She’s got to look out for herself so she doesn’t go to jail, but she has to watch out for her daughter, too.
So, who makes the better parent? It’s clearly Kevin. He’s the one who was going to marry Chloe and be her stepfather anyway, so why not tell the men he’s the little girl’s real father? She can live with him and he can raise her. Chloe already knows he’s a good dad with a lot of love to give Bella, so why not make the obvious choice and name him as the real father of this little girl? It means she doesn’t have to worry about her anymore. But we don’t think it will go this way for very long.
