Young and the Restless fans can expect to see things between Nick and Sharon heat up sooner rather than later. We have a feeling that Nick is all but checked out the way things seem to be going right now. He’s dealing with some trust issues with his new girlfriend, and it seems that her lies and the stress she’s under right now are not going to work for her so well. She’s not going to handle this situation accordingly, but she’s also not going to find out that things are in her favor, either. She’s a person who cannot just focus on what is good in her life.
She’s got to do something about the way things are going now, and she’s not happy about it. She’s also not at all worried right now about what Nick is up to. She’s not in a position to worry about things like her love life when she’s figuring out what is going on with her actual freedom and her life as a whole. So we think — right now, anyway — that she’s focused on keeping herself out of trouble. That doesn’t leave her anytime to care what Nick is up to.
She’s got bigger life problems, and his life problems just don’t matter to her. She’s not in a place where she can focus on what he has going on. She’s in a place where she is looking out for number one and she is not going to care what he has to do.
