Young and the Restless fans have been watching Cane slowly fall apart ever since he woke up with Juliet’s jewelry in his bed when he was in Hong Kong. He’s not been able to handle the situation very well, and instead of focusing on making his life right, he’s been focusing on making sure everyone else’s is quite miserable. It looks like things are finally coming down around him, too. And he has very little time to make things right again.
Cane is about to find out that not only is his wife’s agent a little too worried that he and Victoria aren’t allowing her enough freedom with the company and wants to renegotiate terms but he’s been named in a lawsuit. It seems Hilary has decided to back up Juliet in filling a sexual harassment lawsuit, and that’s what it’s all about. When Victoria brings this new to him, it’ll be more than just a slap in the face for Cane.
He’s beside himself. If he is honest about what happened and that it wasn’t harassment nearly as much as it was a consensual night in his bed in Hong Kong, he has to admit to this wife he cheated on her. But he doesn’t want to do that. Will he just plan on denying things? Or will he find another way to get out of this? Is Juliet’s life in danger now that he has a plan to get out of this lawsuit and protect himself?
