Young and the Restless fans are wondering what is going to happen with Cane and Lilly. Their marriage is clearly an issue right now, and she’s not sure what she wants to do. She loves her husband, but is there a chance she wants to stay married to him or is she looking to divorce him? She wants to believe he had no idea what happened in that room. She wants to believe his version of the truth — if she can even believe his version of the truth is any version of the truth — and she wants to be there for him.
Does he mean it when he says he has no idea what happened that night other than too many drinks and waking up with Juliet’s earrings in his bed the following morning? Can she believe that this is true — even though we all know it’s true? She wants so badly to believe him, and that’s why she’s not made any decisions yet.
But Cane is not giving up on his marriage. He loves his wife, and he doesn’t ‘want to see anything end. He loves her, and that’s why the guilt of all this has been eating at him for so long. He is going to try and fix what’s going on with his marriage, but we aren’t sure it will work yet. Is there a chance something might happen to get her to want to stay in this marriage? We hope so.
