Young and the Restless fans watched a big day. Jack did not know that Adam was alive and well, but we got to see him find out that the man is alive and well, and he had a hard time with it. He will need to see it for himself, of course, but he is not sure that he is okay with any of this at all. Adam, if we are being honest, is someone who caused more damage, harm, and upset than almost anyone else in Genoa City in the recent years, and his death was sad for some and something of a relief for those he was making miserable on a daily basis. But, there is a chance he is a new man now, and that might be something that we can think about. Of course, there are some people who will never believe he’s changed or that he is not the same man he was before he was allegedly killed in an explosion. But, what do we know?
We also know that Adam did go through with the surgery, and he did refer to Victor as dad when he came out. That might be a sign, but we don’t know if it’s a good sign or not. It might seem like it, but what it if implies that there is more going on than we are sure we know? And then there is Mia and Arturo, who decided it was time to leave town. We know that Rey wanted her to have a paternity test, but she’s not one much for doing anything other than what she feels she wants to do, so that might not be something she was going to do regardless. Will this come to a head at some point, or will we continue to wonder?

Things are not looking good for so many, and that leaves Victor trying to keep the peace. He created a bit of a mess by bringing Adam home, but even more of one by lying to his family about what is going on. He is alive, and well, and he needs medical help, and he did not share any of that with his family, which is one of those things that doesn’t work for any of them. They are upset and not in a good place with their father/husband right now, and that’s understandable. There’s a lot going on, and everyone is shocked, worried, and not sure what to do at this point. It’s his job to keep the peace no matter what is going on, but we aren’t sure he can do that in a useful manner. Things aren’t working for him at the moment, and that’s not something we can figure out.
In the meantime, however, we are sitting here with nothing else to do but sit here and wonder how Nick will deal. He’s in the middle of figuring out what defense to use in the things happening in his life, and we aren’t sure he can handle this at any point. He’s a wreck, and we get that. He’s not in a good place at all, and that’s not something we can focus on other than to figure it out. He’s upset, and he’s going to remain that way until he gets some more answers and figures things out on his own.
