Young and the Restless fans are surprised to see so many things unfolding right now, but we are going to see more of it. Chelsea is back in town now that Adam is back. She seems to think that the horrible things she did were not as bad as they sounded at the time, and she’s looking for Nick to forgive her for all the hurt she caused him when she turned back to her old ways in her own time. She’s upset, she’s not well, and she’s not living a life that is very nice. But, she wants to see if Nick will forgive her. She seems to feel that he should, and that perhaps he owes it to her to forgive her, but we aren’t so sure about any of that. Maybe he can forgive the Adam thing, but not anything else. And maybe not anything at all.
Meanwhile, we are all learning a few new things about Chelsea and what she’s been up to in the years since she left this place. She is someone who went on to leave town, make herself a new life, and now she’s got a husband, and he showed up at Adam’s penthouse to talk to him. We aren’t convinced she didn’t go back to her old ways and trick him and con him into marrying her and changing her life in some way, but what do we know? She’s that kind of girl, and she makes those types of mistakes regularly. It’s one of those things that sounds more interesting than it is, but we suspect we are going to learn a lot of stuff about her that doesn’t make much sense in the near future. For now, though, we get to see things unfold.

Victor is a sick man, and fans never know what might happen with him. However, today is a day when he is going to show his hand by making some big changes in their lives. He’s got a lot more for them to do in the near future, and he is going to make things right in their lives. He is going to surprise his family, and they are going to love or hate what he has planned. We never know the truth about what it is and how it works, and we don’t know if there is anything that will work for them. But, for now, he will try this to see if he can pressure anyone in his family to do what he needs them to do to spend some time with him while he is ill. And, we have to point out there is a chance we are’t that convinced he’s even that ill.
But, for now, we also get to see Summer press her luck. She’s got something to look forward to with her plan to get Lola and Kyle to stop this, and it includes Lola’s own mother. She’s going to push her luck with this one, but we are not sure how good it will work in her favor, or if she will have a good time proving that she is a good person. Victoria has a plan for revenge in her mind, and she’s got to let that go. We all know what happens when she gets these ideas; and it is never good news that works in her favor — at all.
