Young and the Restless fans know that when Phyllis is looking for information, nothing good will come of it. She’s not the type who will do things that make her look bad, but she is absolutely the type who will look up anything she can in her power to make other people look bad. She’s a woman who likes to get her own way. She likes things to work out for her, and she’s not all that concerned with her problems when she’s got them under control. She always feels she can get out from under what is going on in her life and make it about someone else, but she’s going to have some issues to face when she realizes Summer is back in the picture, things are turning ugly, and she cannot only focus on herself and the things she’s looking for in life. This should all be very interesting to all of us.
On the flip side, we also know that Nate is looking at some dire consequences after what he did. This could be the end of his career, and he knows that. He knows that things might not work out well for him. He is aware that what he did was not wise, and he is aware that he is close to losing everything in his life because he was not careful and he did not make good choices. He knows this. He lives this. This is his life, and he knows that this is true. He might not be doing things his own way right now, but we also know that he will fight for his job and his life if that’s the last thing he does. We hope he gets to keep it, but we will see how this all plays out.

For someone who is working so hard on his campaign, you know; the one that’s not going well for him at all, we are seeing Nick lose his mind more than control it. He’s not happy the way things are going, yet he’s off making some threats, and we don’t know to whom he is making them. We will find out, of course, but we do know that someone who is working on a campaign that isn’t going well should be making the best of the best and being kind and open and not at all a mean person. He should be working to keep his life together. He should be working to make things right. He should be working to portray a calm and kind man who can do this job. But, he’s not, and we are not even remotely surprised by any of it.
On the flip side, we can also see that there is a bit going on with Jack, who is not all that happy to see Billy. He’s surprised to see him after the way that they left things a while back, but he’s probably not very happy about it. He’s got so much going on with his own life and the things he and Traci are working on — and with Ashley in town — and he’s not been specifically focused on things that surround his brother or the life he is leading. We aren’t thrilled about it, but we do get that it might not be what he wants it to be, and it might not go well.
