Hawaii Five-0 is one that can be considered a success as it has been running almost as long as the original series. Daniel Dae Kim as Chin Ho Kelly
It is rumored that the reason Daniel Dae Kim left the show was because of a pay dispute. Apparently he was unhappy that he was not paid as much per episode as Scott Caan and Alex O’Loughlin. Before he got the role of Kelly he had already starred in several popular TV shows. He was in Lost with Jorge Garcia and also had regular parts in shows such as Angel and 24. Grace Park as Kono Kalakaua
Grace Park also left the show after the same pay dispute that Daniel Dae Kim was involved in. It can be argued that she had even more reason to be indignant about this considering all the recent publicity about women earning less than men in the entertainment industry. She has a successful modeling career and at the moment has a net worth of $8 million. As her career continues this has the potential to increase. Her most recent role was in A Million Little Things and she continues to do modeling work.
Jorge Garcia as Jerry Ortega
Jorge Garcia made his debut on Hawaii Five-0 in the fourth season and was a guest star before becoming a permanent cast member. Before he starred in this show he was best known for playing lottery winner Hurley in Lost. He also starred in other popular shows such as Curb Your Enthusiasm and How I Met Your Mother. Masi Oka as Dr. Max Bergman
Masi Oka portrays Dr. Max Bergman in a recurring guest role on the show. This is not a role that he plays very often but the actor has been working in other shows for a number of years.
