Remini shared the reason she was axed on Twitter claiming, “Sharon thought me and Holly were not funny, awkward, and did not know ourselves.” Osbourne responded by tweeting, “I had absolutely nothing to do with her departure from the show and have no idea why she continues to take to Twitter to spread this false gossip.” Remini wanted to get the finally 140 characters in by saying, “If someone wants me to stop, they should call a lawyer and tell them what I am NOT telling the truth about.”

After the comedienne’s late night talk show was cancelled by TBS in 2011, Lopez took to Twitter to unleash a series of jokes, mostly about the Cheers actress. Levine tweeted, “the VMA’s. one day a year when MTV pretends to care about music.” The network quickly shot back by saying, “Soooo you’ll be tuning in at 9/8C tomorrow night? (BTW bonus points if you TwitPic your 2004 Moonman!)” A man as cocky as Levine must get the final word. He responded with, “still waiting to have my ‘jerry macquire mission statement moment of deep regret…’ not happening. phew!”

2. Chelsea Handler vs. Nick Cannon

Who’s going to do the comedy?” Cannon was not happy with the comment, but didn’t really go after Handler until she tweeted a pic of grape soda and asserted, “pls drink this before you tweet me again.” The America’s Got Talent host fired back a serious of explicit tweets aimed at Handler’s potential relationship with rapper 50 cent.
