I must admit that there is a certain appeal to the term civilization. The idea of the industrialization of a particular area and the refining and education of its citizenry is refreshing in a certain type of way. It emits a connotation of advancement and elevation; however, there is also something invigorating about those areas on this planet that have not bee corrupted my man and his vision of what is desired and acceptable. The show, Top Secret Swimming Holes takes its viewers into some of the most secluded and untainted places where swimming becomes a once in a lifetime experience that can be completely life-changing.
No, I am not exaggerating. Until you have seen young Jamaican kids diving off of natural cliffs that have been preserved to conserve nature – with them landing in coves of gorgeous blue water that is natural in its deepest essence, you cannot understand what is being missed.
Americans have become consumed with the ideas of infinity swimming pools and seaside beaches and we tend to think that this is all that the world has to offer. But mother nature and lady earth have so much more to bring to the table. This show uncovers some of the most gorgeous swimming holes known and unknown to man. Holes that have been previously hidden from the public, and for good reason.
Some of these spots have the most alluring waterfalls and caves that seem to just reach out and pull you in. If you think the movie liked the Blue Lagoon, now put that scenery on steroids and you will begin to get the picture of what this show has to offer. Trust me, it is time to switch up your vacation game and this show will give you some ideas that you definitely have not considered – places that the family will be talking about for years to come.
Even if you never make to these swimming holes, which would a travesty, just being able to watch the show and see other people enjoying these beautiful places. The beauty of it all is that it is not just about swimming, although the swimming holes are nothing short of amazing it is also about the wonderful hiking trails that you have to travel through in order to get to the area. It is the idea that you can be as free as you want because the chance of you being interrupted is not likely.
Something else that is shocking is that you don’t have to travel halfway around the world to experience some of these gorgeous spots. For instance, there is an unbelievable Blue waterfall that is hidden deep in an Indian Reservation in the state of Arizona or the underwater caves of the Mayans in Mexico. There is even a place in which you can literally swim with a manatee. I am not sure why you would want to swim with something that huge, but you would definitely not be the first.
Top Secret Swimming Holes is one of the most refreshing and invigorating shows on television. You will absolutely get hooked.
