Bold and the Beautiful fans know that there are some deaths that haunt everyone more than others. They are the kind that make you cry tears of sadness and horror. They are the kinds that make you feel as if the world is falling apart and things will never be the same. They are the kinds of deaths that touch your soul and make you feel as if nothing will ever be all right again, and those are the deaths that affect us the most. Some of them aren’t real. Some of those deaths are entirely fake and false and made up and created by those who want to use others to see if they can get their own ways, but some are real. And some are just as heartbreaking as others. But, we want to discuss some very specific deaths. The kind that make you cry tears of sadness, even when you think of it now. Not the shocking kind that make your eyes go wide and your mouth drop open. The kind that are just so sad that they make you cry so hard you can’t focus.
Phoebe Forrester
We loved her because she was Steffy’s twin, and that was enough for us. She was a woman who had some issues in her life, like that one time she fell for her non-biological cousin against the will of her family, only so that he would fall for her mother and they could be together. She had to leave town and work out of another office for the family because she could not take seeing them together while they were together. Her mother and Rick were not happy, but that is because Rick was not always a very nice man. In fact, Phoebe is dead because Rick forced a kiss on her twin sister even though she didn’t want him to, and Phoebe lost her mind. She ended up so angry in the passenger seat of his car that she hit him repeatedly, and it caused him to lose control of his speeding car, causing an accident. She died in the accident, and we cried ugly tears. We cried ugly tears because what a horrible way to die at the hands of a man who used every single one of the women in her family. What a horrible situation, and what a shocking mess to lose a twin. Steffy was not herself after that, and she was a wreck. We felt so much for her in that time, and we could not stop crying.
Baby Beth
We know she is not dead. We know that she did not die that day when she was born, but we did not know that at the time. In fact, we thought, along with Liam and Hope, that this sweet baby girl was dead, gone, and over with her life. She was born without any way of surviving as it was portrayed to us. We were crushed to see this baby born in a storm, with a mother who was not in her right frame of mind, a father who could not get to them in time, and a mother all alone to accept the fate of her baby’s death. Her reaction to learning that her daughter was dead was too much for us, and it crushed our souls. We cried right there along with Hope and with Liam as they realized that their little family would never be a family, and that they would never get to know the baby that they made together. We were so happy when they found out she did not die and that she was back in their lives.
Caroline Spencer
We didn’t particularly like her, so her death wasn’t really so crushing to us in that manner. It was her little boy who loved his mother so much and had to say goodbye to her and lose her in front of our faces that made us cry so hard. A child should never lose a parent, but this sweet, innocent little boy did just that. It was crushing for us to watch this happen, and we cannot think of another thing that broke our hearts so badly as watching this moment.
