New York City is crazy. But I guess it would be unreasonable to put over 8 million people in one place and expect things to just be normal like in a quiet little suburb.
However, there’s no one way to describe the way living there feels. So a few days ago, Dan Saltzstein made a tweet, asking all the locals to share their personal experiences that perfectly encapsulate the City that Never Sleeps. And they were happy to oblige.

From riding the subway to visiting the Bronx Zoo, pretty soon Dan’s single tweet evolved into a massive thread with one story funnier than the next.
I don’t know if spending your days in New York City is easy, but it definitely sounds thrilling.
