The ‘LOST’ Supper Promo Photo « TVOvermind

Who else wants a copy of this to hang on their wall?
It’s undoubtedly the coolest promotional photo that LOST has ever released — period! The shot was snapped by US Weekly, but they definitely deserve kudos for how well it was done. And the expression on Locke’s face? Priceless.
The picture replicates the setting of Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper with, of course, the Losties in the place of the apostles. It’s not exactly accurate to the positioning by any means, but it’s still an absolutely great reference — especially the fact that they’re drinking cans of DHARMA beer in front of what looks to be a hatch door.
sl-LOST.com kindly added a picture of the spread to their website. Though it’s a little distorted due to the curve of the magazine, I think it will likely become one of LOST’s promotional photos for the rest of the season (because it’s just awes0me). As soon as a high-definition version of this photo is posted to the ‘net, I’ll let you know. Until then, enjoy a little slice of da Vinci emulation.
