Summarizing James Comey’s Testimony to the Senate in One Sentence

We’re all trying to get to the bottom of something we already know to be true.   That’s what so funny and annoying about all of this.  Everyone, including Trump supporters knows that there was collusion.  Everyone knows that Comey was fired because of his suspicions of collusion (Trump basically admitted it).  And yet here we are having to unraveling this in what seems to be an endless barrage of questions that are all essentially the same only phrased differently.  But this is America.  This is how we roll.  Never will we just say “Come on guys, he did it! Don’t you realize that?”

It’s just funny to be how formal this all is.  You have to hand it to not only James Comey but congress as well for staying professional during this entire ordeal.    Think about it.  You know that behind closed doors every single one of these people is cursing, screaming and speaking like a 12 year old, yet all of this is masked by larger vocabularies, composure and dresses and suits.  But if you want to know exactly how this all went down today without having to watch the many hours it took, here’s one sentence that sums it all up.

“Dude.  Seriously?  Of course Trump is guilty.”
