Shows like Lost had fans making up their own theories as to what was really going on for years, but such debate doesn’t have to be limited to “mystery” shows like that. Rather, fans have very interesting theories about seemingly normal shows. This list compiles six popular theories about various shows you’ve watched and haven’t thought twice about. But now after reading this, I guarantee you’ll be thinking about each of them in a new way. Star below with Courage, and keep reading for all the rest.
1. Courage the Cowardly Dog Guards Hell
“Everyone here loves Courage, but who exactly is he? He’s a scared dog that does whatever he can to protect his home, Nowhere
Where is Nowhere? Is it the place there is nothing? No one? No Hope? Hell?
Courage protects his home and makes sure no one harms Muriel. His master sits in his chair and hates everything and everyone. Whenever something evil comes to attack or rule over nowhere, Courage fights back, keeping Muriel safe and Eustace’s home from being destroyed.
Muriel always sees a new head on Courage whenever something evil comes to warn her, giving him multiple heads.
Courage will forever stay in hell (Nowhere) to protect his home, keep Muriel (humanity) safe from the evils of hell (Le Quak [greed], Naughty Fred [murder], Katz [hate] and etc.). His master Satan (Ustace) will rule over and hate all that is Hell (Nowhere).
He is stuck in the middle of Hell, and loves his home. He is Cerberus, our courageous, cowardly dog.”
2. The Doctor’s Companions as Lost Girls
3. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air is About Death
“Will actually died in the fight on the basketball court in West Philly
The taxi drive is actually God, who drives a “rare” cab. He takes Will to heaven, where he works out all his issues with his wealthy Aunt and Uncle.
Will only sees his mother and father on special occasions, because that’s when they come to visit his grave.”
4. How I Met Your Mother – A Study in Violet
5. The Office – The Real Scranton Strangler
“It’s Kevin, and it was planned since the beginning. Creed would be too obvious and Todd Packer is gone after season 8. Any other character would be impossible since the strangle lived in Scranton since the beginning.
The kill mainly attacks women. You remember in early seasons when Kevin supposedly had a girlfriend, but he kept avoiding talking about her? And when Pam asked if they set a date for the wedding, he replied saying “it’s complicated.” She was dead the whole time, strangled by his hands. And his second love interest, who he saw in season 5, disappeared soon after meeting with him, even though she seemed like an important step for the character. He pretends to be dumb as to not raise suspicion, and this is also why Kevin apparently has no love life – it is all very well hidden.
You’ll have proof soon.”
6. The Magic Schoolbus Kids = The Planeteers
