This Monday’s episode of Scorpion is going to be another nail-biter, I just know it! Agent Gallo got himself captured while on a secret mission in Djibouti, Africa with Team Scorpion and it’s up to the latter to figure out a way to save him. The Homeland agent also brings in a new recruit to the team, a new trainee named Tim Armstrong who will peak the interest of a certain team liaison. If these two get together, what will become of Walter? Will the genius interfere or let Paige have another chance at happiness even though it’s not with him? I’m voting for interfere, but knowing Walter, he would probably get all “greater good” and let Paige have this potential relationship with Tim.
Then again, most new characters, like Ray, don’t really stick around for very long on the show, at least, that’s what I have observed over the years of watching too much television for my own good. Maybe the character will be back for a few episodes at the most, but no more than that. So if Paige were to pursue a relationship with Tim, then it’s going to hit Splitsville sooner or later given that the actor portraying the character isn’t an occurring character where he is seen every episode. It’s just an observation though, don’t go quoting me on that.
In the preview clip below, Team Scorpion scrambles to save Agent Gallo while Sylvester gets a monkey on his back that terrifies the bejeezus out of him. I know that the human calculator is afraid of germs and whatnot, but a monkey? People love monkeys! Sure, they can be a little bit on the mischievous side when they steal your bag of snacks at the zoo if you stand too close to their cage, but other than that, they’re pretty cute creatures.
Hopefully, the team can rescue Agent Gallo in time before he is subjected to certain death (though I doubt that the show will start killing off characters again after they wrote off Megan) and Paige, don’t give in to Tim’s flirtations whatever you do! He may have Channing Tatum’s body and Mitt Romney’s hair (according to Toby), but he’s not Walter! You like Walter! A lot! Keep that in mind!
