Okay, so it’s still the first season and we’ve gotten more drama in the first five episodes of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills than we did with the Real Housewives of D.C. Plus, from the look of things, this battle between Camille Grammer and Kyle Richards is just beginning with no end in sight, according to everyone involved. I’m game, how about you?
As we all know, the inciting incident that set off the battle between the two ladies wasn’t filmed, which makes it hard as hell to tell who’s lying in the debacle. If you can remember in my review for episode three, I stated how pissed I was with the producers for not having a camera on that argument as it went down, but after reading the producers’ blog on Bravo, I might have a slight change of heart, and I stress slight. With the playing field kind of leveled in this argument, we all know there is three sides to this story: Kyle’s, Camille’s, and the truth. Let’s look and speculate on all three.
Why It’s Plausible To Side With Camille
Kyle can be a little feisty with her tongue and probably forgot that she was talking to Camille and not her sister Kim at the time. Plus, Kim was reportedly a witness to the fight and heard what actually went down. A commenter on the Bravo blog brought up a great argument in this case, which was if Kyle was truly innocent in the entire matter, why didn’t Kim defend her? It would be the most logical thing to do, especially if she had proof to back up Kyle’s claims of innocence. However, Kim probably knew her sister was in the wrong and didn’t want to get involved to botch up Kyle’s lie. Lord knows we don’t want to see Kyle lose it on Kim more than she already does…
Why It’s Plausible To Side With Kyle
Kyle could honestly to God be telling the truth and Camille took the comment the wrong way by using her own insecurities to fuel Kyle’s innocent reply. Camille, for some reason (and I do apologize Camille), reminds me of Danielle Staub a little, because of how she doesn’t know how to let things go. Camille could’ve overheard some of the snark behind her back and thought she could retaliate by causing up a stir by smearing Kyle’s name, but the plan backfired and she’s trying to save face. If that is the case, then Danielle Staub would be proud. I am going to stop with the Danielle Staub comparisons now.
Why We Will Never Know The Truth
As previously reported, the inciting incident was never recorded and we will never know the truth behind this battle. According to the producers on the show, it makes the whole argument more interesting by not having that crutch of an answer in the middle of everything, making it harder for viewers to take sides in the matter. To me, I don’t know. I still kind of want an answer of some sorts, however, after reading the blog I’m not sure if an answer is warranted. The producers were right, it does make the argument more intriguing in terms who said what, although in the long run, this debate could get old quick without a solution. I could be wrong, though. See how this game of badminton is going through my head? It’s bananas.
So folks, whose side are you on? Team Camille or Team Kyle?

The 'incident' -was- taped, it may have been edited later to create doubt & controversy, but I saw it the first time around: Camille is DEAD WRONG…what she "heard", was not said, at all.
Honestly I dont care for Kyle much, but Camille is the most superficial, mentally unstable, detached, and insecure women in the housewives show ever. Its obvious she is lying, looking at how she reacted to Kyles apology, she is so insecure with herself that every comment comes out constructed by her paranoias. And Kim is a wimp and slow in the head, thats why she didnt defend Kyle, I honestly feel like Kyle is being honest it just annoys me how she isnt standing up for herself.
