I’m not a huge cosmic universe kind of guy but it sure seems that LaVar Ball is getting a little bit of Karma this week. After hyping his sons to no end for the last what feels like 5 years, son Lonzo Ball’s UCLA bruins get knocked out of the NCAA tournament and poor LaVar ball is crying. Only one day before the loss he was talking up his sons to Stephen A. Smith in what could only be considered the worst shouting match that TV’s ever aired.
During their confrontation LaVar Ball actually had the brass to say he could beat Michael Jordan in a game of one on one. Smith practically didn’t acknowledge Ball on that claim. But just to put his trash talking to bed, someone actually went and got a clip of Ball playing rec league hoops and needless to say, he sucks.
Below you’ll see some footage. While it’s not 100% clear, LaVar is number 8 and it’s pretty obvious he’s not a particularly good basketball player, let alone that would give Michael Jordan problems on the court.
I cannot wait for the guy to just fade away from existence.
