I’ll never forget the moment Caesar screamed “No!” in 2011’s Rise of the Planet of the Apes. It honestly gave me chills. I don’t know about you guys but I was a huge fan of that film. Perhaps it’s because I saw it in the theaters but I was extremely pleased with the story and the potential for future movies. I don’t know, I’m just fascinated by the whole story line. Then comes Dawn of the Planet of the Apes which I personally thought was excellent. It wasn’t a smash at the box office but fans liked it as well.
Now, three years later, we’re getting footage of the third movie in the new Planet of the Apes franchise, War for the Planet of the Apes. The second official trailer for the film comes out tomorrow but we got our hands on a teaser trailer that gives us a tiny bit of footage but at least something to go on. “We are the beginning!” I love hearing Caesar scream.
