I am Ričardas Strazdauskas, and many will remember me from when I presented the exhibition of my graphic works “Undiscovered Tribe,” in which we all discovered the mysterious “Miiauji” tribe with its most beautiful feathered characters—cats, whose full history can be found here, here, and here.
I decided not to stop at this idea and created another related tribe. With my latest series of drawings, I would like to present to Pandas the second Undiscovered Tribe of Cats, called “Murr-guji.” Cats in this tribe will be adorned with tusks, bones, and horns, which makes it also exceptional. What inspired me to create this tribe? People have always enjoyed dressing up with accessories, so I wondered what it would be like if cats liked to dress up and how they would dress up. I hope this unique mashup of cats and accessories will make your heart fall in love with these characters.
