Keanu Reeves Talks Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure 3 on Graham Norton

Earlier today we shared a video of the evolution of the film life of Keanu Reeves.   It was revealed that he’s 52-years-old which I still have a hard time believing.  It’s also hard to believe that he was in not one but two Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure films.  Recently Reeves appeared on Graham Norton and the host asked Reeves about a possible 3rd installment?  This cannot be true can it?

Reeves addressed any speculation about a third film.  He explained that the writers had a story and they were trying to make it.  Norton then asked Reeves where the characters would possibly be today.  Reeves laughed because the actual phrase “Bill and Ted in their Fifties” obviously sounds a little ridiculous.

The story goes that the two grown men are still supposed to write a song that saves the world.  Their marriages are falling apart.  Their kids are mad at them.   But then someone comes from the future and tells them if they don’t write the song that it’s not the world now, it’s the universe that needs to be saved.

Whoopi Goldberg, who happens to be sitting next to Reeves chimes in that she wants to be in the movie.   Jamie Dornan was also a guest on the show.   Reeves then reluctantly plays air guitar and says “Excellent.”

I’m pretty certain a Bill and Ted’s 3 won’t be happening but it’s kind of awesome to see Reeves talk about it.  Check out the video below:
