Days of Our Lives fans watched as an epic showdown occurred yesterday. Sami and Hope had it out, and there was nothing about it that made anyone feel good about the entire situation. It was ugly, and these two have to work through some serious problems in their lives if they hope to move on and make it their goal to live good lives. Hope needs to let it go and put it in the past, and Sami needs to get over herself and the problems she is causing for everyone in her life at the moment. She has more important things to deal with, such as the fact that Marlena was shot on her wedding day and the fact that she was arrested and charged with a crime, and the fact that Claire is missing and being held by Kristen — who is clearly crazy and losing her mind.
And that’s not all. There was the moment when Kristen decided that she had to give Brady a chance to save Claire. What she wants is not something he wants to give, but he cannot let Claire die as a result. She will kill the young woman if there is nothing he does, but we all know that he will not see a way out of this. And what he will do is going to save Claire, but we also know he will not discuss this with Eve and let her know what he has to do so that she’s not panicked about it when she realizes what is going on. Instead, he’s putting his entire relationship with her on the line so he can save Claire rather than pulling her in on it. It won’t end well, but we are confident that Claire will be just fine when Brady has his way.

We love when the show posts things like this, and it’s so much fun to look back and realize how much has changed, and how much has not changed over the years. These two might be going through a hard time right now, but they can show that they’ve been able to make their lives into something really spectacular over the years — and they always have one another in their lives to make it worthwhile and happy.

Things are taking a very ugly turn for Eric today. Jennifer is going to comfort him about all that is happening with his parents and the situation that is at hand. And while he is devastated about what happened to Marlena and the fact that she was shot on her own wedding day, needs surgery, and might have some health problems because of it, Eric is hurting and in need of the comfort that only Jennifer can provide. She is his fiancé, they are getting married, and he needs her. She will be right there by his side the entire time, and she will not leave him behind. She knows that he needs her, and she’s there for him because that is where she wants to be.
But, for whatever reason, this is the moment that she decides she cannot live with the guilt of what she did any longer, and she is going to decide that there is a chance she needs to come clean about what happened with Nicole. In this moment, she feels that the best thing to do is to open up about what happened to Nicole, about what happened to the woman that he loved so much and wanted to be with, and she decides that this time is the best. We don’t know what she is thinking, what she is considering, and why she chose now to come clean, but we are positive this is a poor choice. She needs to live with that guilt herself, and she needs to move on.
