I Tried Abstract Geometrical String Art And The Result Is Slightly Hypnotic

Don’t stare too hard! The shapes and bright colors contrasted with the black wood gave this mini DIY adventure a hypnotic result. I placed nails around simple, geometrical shapes on black stained wood and used embroidery floss to embellish. Drawing the shapes on attached white paper helped with nail spacing, however it didn’t look like much until the paper was removed near the end.
