Plitvice Lakes in Croatia are world-famous for its gorgeous waterfalls, divine turquoise lakes and rocky canyon. Thousands of tourists are worshipping here every summer, but even on a hot day, swimming is forbidden, for a good reason to preserve this natural gem. I was given a unique permit from the national park to discover the underwater secrets in the “land of the falling lakes”.
